By following Swamy’s teachings, we can revitalize the body and bring tranquillity to the mind. I now approach yoga in a different frame of mind aware of where it can take me beyond just the physical aspects of Asanas.
In essence, the experience of the course for me was like receiving all important clues or landmarks necessary to find the treasure but excludes the details of the journey, as these must be sought out, discovered and explored.
I would highly recommend this course by Patanjali Yog Samiti, Pune (West) for all those needy who have the desire to understand the joy that Yoga and Pranayam practice brings to ones life and beyond.
My understanding of Yoga has broadened greatly. Prior to the course, I questioned if Yoga was that “user friendly”, as I was blinded by the degree of discipline that I thought was required, but now I am aware of the potential.
